many thanks for an good experience, nice hotel ,friendly staff, top class room and a wonderfull breakfast. We will definately use you again.
my only critisism is the bar is somewhat dated in apprearance ,tho to be fair it would be very different with s crowd of people using it ,on our visit there was only 8 people in the bar at 10pm.
Breakfast buffet not good - bacon, sausages cold - scrambled egg, beans congealed
The only good thing I have to say is the staff were pleasant.
The park inn looked nice on the internet but was very disappointing. The first thing that hit me was the carpets were very dirty and there was a musty smell that was in the hall ways on entering the bedrooms the carpet was much the same, The bedding was clean except the runner on the end of the bed was full of stains and looked very tired. The bathroom was fairly clean but mould in the bath and the towels looked very tired again. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the leisure facility's, what a let down the pool was closed , the jacuzzi looked like an old dirty bath tub that had not been cleaned for ages, The sauna floor was filthy and someone had made a big mistake of varnishing the wood in there this is a grave error it smelt terrible who knows if the fumes are toxic, the steam room was full of mould too all in all very run down looking. The last thing to say £14 gbp a night for internet connection what a joke it only costs me that for a month unlimited connection
we were able to check in early, which suited us as we were going to meet family and wanted to get rid if our luggage after an early flight.
service in the bar a bit slow, staff on duty kept disapearing and we had to go to reception to find them, menu in bar limited, nothing suitable for toddler in our party we had to pay for a full portion of fish and chips for an 18month old.
Suited to our requirements,no complaints.
Clean, comfortable and staff friendly. I used room service - nice meal average price for meal served on time.
Nothing major - I would say some of the decor in the public areas need updating but that is simply an observation and would not put me off staying there again.
Ample parking space, friendly staff
Corridors leading to rooms were dark and carpet was dirty. Room were dirty and mould spotted on bathtub. Would not have used the bath. Shower curtain was dirty. Not up to three star standard. Premier Inn would be a better choice.
The pool was wonderful, gym had everything you could wish for and sauna and steam room an added bonus!Room decor smart.
Ghastly white shiny chair that didn't want to move without lots of effort. Fine in an office but unsuitable for a hotel room I feel.
The bar does not have a specific closing time. I was told ot was 2300hrs then it was 2240hrs. The carpets are a total disgrace, absolutly filthy. The hotel in general was totally filthy, My room had a stale smell in it and the shower was a laugh, the tiling etc was a mess. Too much to list I have stayed in some bad places but this is pushing for first spot. The car park is not secure by no means, get parked near the front of the hotel not up the side. It is a dirty hotel.
The staff were very helpful to me as i didnt know the area. I ordered a meal in my rooom for the evening which was very good and quickly served. Whilst i went shopping they looked after my suitcase when i had booked out.
I didnt really stay at the hotel much it was just a base. i met up with friends.
the bathroom was full of hairs and toothpaste in the sink from another guest.
We use this hotel regularly when visiting family in north east London as it is only 20 minutes journey from Walthamstow under normal conditions. Ease of access from the M11, outside the M25 and no charge for parking, comfortable rooms, comfortble bar with food and good service, good breakfasts in relaxed atmosphere, swimming pool - all add up to being ideal for our purposes.
Staff were very hospitable and room service was excellent
Not enough pillows and coffeee and tea sachets
Hotel was convenient for family and the motorway. Bed comfortable
The hotel is looking worn and in desperate need of a face lift. Bedroom looked a bit unloved, missing pictures; etc the bathroom had also seen better days. However the night staff where helpful but in general there seemed a shortage of staff.
the park inn was clean, the staff were very helpful, the ameneties in the room were good, and the beds were so comfortable, i slept like a log
not one thing to complain about, only sorry we had to get up for 12 to vacate the room
